These terms apply to the Repcho app (“the app”) provided by Helpyk s. r. o., B. Bartoka 8/20, 979 01 Rimavská Sobota, Slovakia (“we”). Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Repcho counts exercise repetitions with your iPhone’s speaker and microphone and, optionally, your Apple Watch, and builds workouts around your results. It is a fitness tool, not a medical device.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Rep counts, heart rate, calories and recovery figures are estimates for motivation and are not medical advice.
Part of Repcho is free: your plan up to and including the control test in workout 6, and up to 10 other workouts. After that, continuing requires a Repcho Pro subscription.

We may update, change or discontinue features. We work to keep the app reliable but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
