Each exercise shows a picture before you start. In short: screen up, the bottom speaker facing you, about half a metre away — on the floor in front of you for squats, under your chest for push-ups, behind your head for sit-ups.
Repcho counts only full reps: all the way down and back up. Keep the phone still, on the same surface you exercise on, and make sure nothing covers the bottom speaker or the microphone. Volume is set automatically.
Yes, from the same phone through its speaker. Headphones take over the speaker, so Repcho can’t hear its echo — play music from another device instead.
Install Repcho on your watch from the Watch app on your iPhone (Available Apps → Repcho). Then jump rope, boxing, burpees, climbers, running in place and dumbbell exercises are counted from your wrist, and you see your heart rate live.
Everything is stored on your iPhone. To erase it: Repcho → Settings → Delete my data. See the Privacy Policy.
